For over two decades, I built my career across Europe and the Middle East, across private enterprise, economic development, advisory roles, and senior leadership positions within a global consulting firm.

In 2018, my work was recognized among the 100 most prominent foreign nationals in Abu Dhabi.

I spent years inside high-pressure delivery environments where communication failures, unclear accountability, and team friction directly impact business results.

From the outside, it looked like success.
And in many ways, it was.

But I also saw how capable professionals and teams gradually normalize constant pressure and operational friction as “part of the job” - until it starts affecting clarity, leadership, and long-term performance.

That question - what actually creates sustainable high performance - led me to a Master's in Communication Sciences and formal research into leadership, burnout, and team dynamics.

That experience became the foundation of CoachME Advisory.

Today, I work with executives, managers, and teams across the UAE and internationally to improve communication, leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and team dynamics.
